Michael Hein

Michael Hein, 17 of Tyler formerly of DeSmet, SD passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at the Tyler Healthcare Center in Tyler, MN.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Dionysius Catholic Church in Tyler at 10:30a.m. on Thursday, May 28.

Visitation will be held from 4:30-8:00p.m. on Wednesday at the Tyler Area Funeral Home and will continue on Thursday one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held at the DeSmet Cemetery in DeSmet, SD. The Tyler Area Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Michael John Hein was born May 5, 1992 in DeSmet SD. He was the son of Kurt and Diane (Lee) Thomsen and Curt Hein.

Michael was a very special person who loved his family and friends. He was also a very talented artist, loved to write poems, go fishing, play football listen to music and hang out with his friends. He touched the lives of many people and will be truly missed.

He is survived by his parents Kurt and Diane Thomsen; his sisters Ashley Hein and Elizabeth Thomsen,and his brother Joey Hein, and numerous other relatives and friends.. He is preceded in death by his father Curt Hein and grandfather John Lee.
